Rates

Our standard room rate for double occupancy with breakfast is $125.00 to $155.00 per night.
Designated special event weekends may require two night minimum stays or a one-night surcharge equal to 50% of the room rate will be applied.
The Saffold Sitting Room with cable TV and 1935 Frigidaire refrigerator can be combined with either the Ida Elizabeth Brady Bedroom (total $190.00) or the Frances Grant Brady Bedroom ($190.00) to create a Junior Suite. If used to connect both bedrooms, it creates our Saffold Two-Bedroom Suite ($330.00). Please note that the sitting room can be converted to a bedroom by using its daybed and trundle bed. A $25.00 per person charge will be applied.
There is a $25.00 per person charge for use of daybeds, trundle beds or roll-aways. There are two roll-aways; these roll-aways must be reserved in advance.
Breakfast Service: Please note your room charge includes breakfast which is served to all guests in the dining room at one time. If your plans do not allow for you to have breakfast with us, we will deduct that charge from your bill as long as you notify us at time of reservation or with 48 hours notice. We shop and prepare for the exact number of anticipated guests and can only make accommodations with advance notice. Thank You!
