Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We know that the best laid plans can go astray. However, we rely primarily on advance reservations and cancellations cannot be readily filled. To be fair to all concerned, please observe the following:

For reservations which do not fall on special events: For one to two rooms, a credit card number to hold the room/s or a deposit for one night's stay is required at the time of reservation. Your deposit will be happily refunded or applied to a new date if 48 hour cancellation notice is received.
Special events--including but not limited to Home/Kitchen Tours, the Masters, BRAG, UGA graduation, Madison Fest, UGA home football games, fall math conference, and the Lake Oconee Jazz festival--require a two week cancellation notice. If cancellation occurs after the specified date, the full amount may be charged to the holding credit card. If we are able to refill the room/s, we will charge the holding credit card a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the room rate and waive the balance due.
For stays longer than 3 days or requiring three or more rooms, a deposit equal to 50% is required upon reservation; the balance is due upon check-in. A two week cancellation policy will apply.
To reserve the entire Inn for an event at least 90 days away, a $250.00 “hold the date” deposit will secure the date and is refundable for the next 30 days. Within 30 days of holding the date, a reservation deposit of ½ the total amount less the $250.00 already paid is due. The balance will be due 60 days prior to the event. If the event is canceled at least 60 days before the reserved date, the reservation deposit minus $250.00 will be returned. After the 60 day notice has passed, no refund can be obtained.

General Policies

Check in is from 3:00-6:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made. A surcharge may be applied for late check-out.

Due to allergies, please note that pets are not allowed at The Brady Inn.

We have a lovely dining room with additional tables located on the breezeway. Both are available to registered guests for a take-out or brought-in meal, but we respectfully ask that no food be taken to the guest rooms as they are not set up for in-room dining.
